Description of built-up H-beam:
Cold bending machine mainly used in tunnels, subways, hydropower stations, underground caverns. By switching mold can do arched rolling, diameter changes, fixed-angle bending of U-shaped steel,I beam, H beam,Channel steel, Angle steel, Track steel, Square steel and Steel pipe or bar.

Three steel plates are assembled into one H-beam. Following measurement and calibration, the points are welded together, after which a latent welding machine is used to complete the welding. Finally, a three-point roller force method is used to straighten the wings and to rectify welding beads. This is followed by a heat shaping process and various inspections of product quality prior to completion of the production process.
